The Lake Alma Community Beach Party is one of the largest events held each year at the park.  The first Saturday in August is the date set aside for the local communities to come together for a great day of  fun, sun and great food! Kids of all ages and adults young at heart can enjoy activities such as sporting events, a pet show, music, treasure hunt, sand castle building, horseshoes, corn hole, shuffleboard tournament, and a cruise-in.  You can also enjoy a leisurely pontoon boat ride with Butch Anderson around Lake Alma.  This was  the 12th Annual Community Beach party  held on  Saturday, August 2nd.    Below are some photos of the 2008  Beach Party.
